Abstract:

The »sounds of work« are one of the most natural and simple musics that are intertwined with people's lives. The structure and emotions hidden in this type of music are affected by the climatic conditions and cultural characteristics of each region and their rhythm is consistent with the types of activities and actions of different jobs. Through the rhythm of this music, workers and farmers coordinate their body rhythms and movements on the background of music and group humming or collective harmony with the rhythm and tools and actions of their activities and with the sounds of work they overcome the fatigue of work and from Through it they participate in a social interaction. The content of these music's poems comes from the minds of the masses and their hopes and dreams. Among the obvious examples of work music we can mention the music of the vendors, the music of the construction workers, the music of the potters, the music of the carpet weavers, and most importantly, the music of the farmers. Due to the decrease of »work music« in modern agricultural culture, this article aims to investigate the psychological effectiveness of work music in increasing work power and labor productivity in »agriculture«.
