Abstract:
In this paper, a switched-LC-based high step-up converter with continuous input current and low ripple isproposed for renewable energy applications. The structure of the proposed converter combined with theconcept of the switched inductor and switched capacitor that generates high voltage gain. The input rippleof the proposed converter is low and the lower input ripple causes the utilization of the proposedconverter in renewable energy applications. The voltage stresses across the semiconductors are low. Theproposed converter is simulated in MATLAB and the operation validity of the proposed converter isproven with MATLAB simulation.
