Examining the pathology of project management and its relationship with risk and opportunity based on the ICB standard (case study of South Pars Phase 22-24 Refinery) abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the pathology of project management and its relationship with risk and opportunity based on the ICB standard. In this research, the ICB standard and the fuzzy network analysis method were used for the pathology of project management. The statistical population of the research was the managers and experts of South Pars refinery phase 22-24. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Super decision software. In this research, the effective components in project management based on risk and opportunity components were determined using the ICB standard, and then the importance of each component was determined using fuzzy network analysis. In order to determine the relative importance of different indicators according to the goal through an efficient procedure, using the opinions of experts and experts, removing ambiguities and inaccuracies caused by different sources, and considering the many advantages of combined approaches, the process of weight network analysis Key success factors in the development of pathology have been used in project management in South Pars Refinery phase 22-24, in order to provide a model for project management pathology in South Pars Refinery Phase 22-24, the weaknesses of each of these techniques have been compensated. , clear the existing ambiguities. The results of the research showed that among the investigated components, the greatest effect in reducing project management damages is related to the background competence.
