Investigating the interaction of Formononetin with Cx۲۶ protein using molecular docking method

In this descriptive-analytical study, we investigate Formononetin and its effect on Cx۲۶ protein using molecular docking method. Cx۲۶ is a protein that can lead to breast cancer. Several researches have been conducted regarding the effect of Formononetin on the treatment of breast cancer, which has yielded positive results. in this paper, the interaction between the ligand and the target protein has been investigated on in-silico step using bioinformatics methods. According to the obtained results, Formononetin drug can have a good interaction with Cx۲۶ protein.
