The legitimacy of Turkey's attack on Syria from the perspective of international law

Fundamentally, it must be said that rape on the territory of another country or territory will constitute an area of rape. Because of the importance of this issue, the present study also explores the scope of the Turkish government's attack on the Syrian government in terms of its legal and legal aspects. To investigate the nature of the aggression, the loss of territorial geography and the like in recent years, such as the presence of ISIS in the region and, subsequently, the Turkish military offensive against the Syrian government. The findings of the study suggest that essentially the Turkish invasion of Syria will certainly cause instability and tension in the region and make the situation more complicated. As a number of Arab countries in the Middle East have had negative attitudes towards Turkey and their positions in recent days have not been much in Turkey's favor, and to some extent remain among them.
