Evaluation of Technological Capabilities in Production Units Using FANP-FDEMATEL Combined Model

Today, in order to remain in the field of competition, organizations must inevitably turn to the evolution of technology and the creation of advanced technologies. Therefore, effective use of technology is the most important issue facing technology-oriented companies. The main goal of this research is to evaluate technological capabilities in production units using the combined model of Dimetal and fuzzy Network analysis. The current research is applied in terms of the research objective and survey in terms of the subject. The data collection tool included an expert questionnaire. The statistical population studied was the production companies of Shiraz Industrial Town. Snowball sampling method was used to select ۱۲ experts. Excel-Super Decision Software was used for data analysis. Based on the theoretical foundations of research and empirical research related to this field, ۲۰ indicators were determined in the form of ۴ main factors (the ability to identify and select technology, the ability to exploit technology, the ability to spread and commercialize technology, the ability to support technology systemically). The final results of DNAP also showed that the supply of human resources, planning, supervision and coordination in production and conducting research and development (research with a specific purpose) are respectively the most important technological capabilities in production units. The research results can be used by academics, researchers and industrialists.
