Studying Executive Barriers on Rationalizing the Size of Iranian Government

To rationalize the size of government, Act on adjusting a part of government’s financial rules is approved and the government is obliged to assign a part of its activities through (۱) services by nonpublic sector, (۲) partnership with nonpublic sector, and (۳) assigning the management to nonpublic sector.
