Explaining the effects of smart natural disasters management in creating a safe smart city

Different things cause of being a safe smart city. One of them is the smart natural disasters management, which happen via a smart infrastructure. making lives more comfortable is one of the big aims of smart cities. For this reason, the crisis management is one of the factors that direct and indirect have an effect on it. In this present paper, the factors, which should be considered in crisis management of the smart city to become a safe and resilience city, assessed by qualitative meta-composite method. Smart system, focus on Internet of Things (IoT) environment, Digital Systems etc have a significant impact on the safe city and well-being of city residents. All of them improve the quality of life and become resilience city.
