Abstract:

In this research, plasma is made using the laser-induced breakdown method. We used a Nd:YAG laser andthis laser is focused on the sample formed by the interaction of the laser with the argon plasma. The plasmaparameter of the electron temperature can be checked with the help of the plasma probe caused by theinteraction of the laser with argon. For this purpose, the Boltzmann curve method was used to determine theelectron temperature and ۱.۲۰۹۹۱۰۴ Kelvin electron temperature measuremented
