organizational Success: Unraveling the Link between Intellectual Capital and Human Capital Index abstract
Background and purpose: One of the relevant issues that today plays a fundamental role in the development and management of companies is the administration of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is becoming a fundamental source of economic and educational increase. For this reason, managers have to govern the convenient use of intellectual property elements to increase their positive functioning in the operations of their organization. The primary purpose of this inquiry is to find out the interaction between the administration of intellectual capital and organizational functioning with emphasis on the human capital index. Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting information and descriptive nature of correlation type. The statistical population of this research includes 178 of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical and professional center. The instruments for collecting data, the Bontistic Intellectual Capital Questionnaire and the organizational performance questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith. The validity of the and the reliability of the questionnaires was respectively Pearson correlation test and multiple regression and SPSS software were used to study the fields and analyze the data.Findings: The results of the analysis of the data of this research showed that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital management and its components with organizational performance of the staff of this organization and the human capital index has the most impact on the promotion of organizational performance.Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital management and organizational performance, and among the indicators of intellectual capital management, human capital management is the most important and influential indicator on improving and promoting organizational performance in this center.
