Considering the sanctions thatAmerica has imposed against our country, developing and implementing efficientcultural diplomacy is an issue that can create a good opportunity for a more seriouspresence and interaction with the European Union and reduce tension and return peaceand security in have a clue It can be said that cultural diplomacy, as an efficient andflexible tool in foreign policy, seeks to improve the level of relations betweengovernments and increase understanding between nations and create international peaceand stability, in other words, cultural diplomacy through the expansion of culturalexchanges. - Art, the development of scientific-educational collaborations and theinteraction of elites and societies, language education and the removal of existinglanguage barriers provide suitable platforms for mutual understanding of humansocieties. If a country's foreign policy can promote its desired values in the internationalsystem by taking advantage of the attractive culture for nations, it will create behavioralpatterns and political commitments for its benefit without coercion at the macro level
