Abstract:

This paper proposes a comprehensive Artificial Intelligence (AI) model for the control and security of Smart Neighborhoods and Cities. As urbanization evolves, harnessing advanced technologies like IoT, big data, and AI to create safer, more efficient, and sustainable living spaces is critical. This study explores AI's pivotal role in managing and securing the complex network of interconnected devices in these smart environments, despite facing challenges related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical use of technology. The paper discusses key AI techniques such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning, and their potential applications in smart cities for tasks such as traffic management, energy optimization, surveillance, and cybersecurity. Finally, it presents a unique AI model proposed to control and secure smart neighborhoods and cities, striving to improve residents' quality of life and foster a sustainable future. This work aims to contribute valuable insights to the ongoing research on smart cities and neighborhoods, proposing a practical, effective AI model for future urban developments.
