بررسی عوامل مرتبط با الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین ایرانی: مطالعه مروری مفهومی

Abstract:

سابقه و هدف: توجه به نوع الگوی ارتباطی زوجین در حل تعارضات زناشویی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این الگوها شامل سه الگوی ارتباط سازنده متقابل، الگوی ارتباط اجتنابی متقابل و الگوی توقع/کناره گیر می باشند. این مطالعه با هدف مطالعه مروری بر عوامل مرتبط با الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین ایرانی انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع مروری مفهومی است. مطالعه در پنج مرحله انجام شده است که عبارتند از: ۱- طراحی سوال تحقیق، ۲- جستجو و استخراج مطالعات وابسته به تحقیق، ۳- انتخاب مطالعات مرتبط، ۴- جدول بندی و خلاصه کردن اطلاعات و داده ها و ۵- گزارش نتایج آن. یافته ها: در این مطالعه مروری از میان ۱۳۰ مطالعه، از ۱۸ مقاله استفاده شد. عوامل تاثیر گذار بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین، در ۴ طبقه قرار گرفت که شامل ۱- سلامت معنوی و معنویت گرایی، ۲- رضایتمندی زناشویی و رضایت جنسی، ۳- سازگاری زناشویی، ۴- سبک های عشق ورزی می باشد. استنتاج: نتایج نشان داد عواملی همچون سلامت معنوی و معنویت گرایی، رضایت مندی زناشویی و رضایت جنسی، سازگاری زناشویی و سبک های عشق ورزی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین تاثیرگذار است. پیشنهاد می شود درمانگران در ارائه راهکارهای ارتقادهنده الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین، جهت ایجاد ارتباط موثرتر و کارآمدتر به این عوامل توجه بیش تری مبذول نمایند.
