Abstract:

Introduction: we used the simultaneous inhibition of Bcl-۲,which is an important factor in tumor growth, along with the inhibitionof apoptosis inhibitors Bcl-۲ through venetoclax drug.Materials and Methods: In this study, we used the simultaneousinhibition of Bcl-۲, which is an important factor in tumor growth, along with the inhibition of apoptosis inhibitors Bcl-۲through venetoclax drug.RESALT: H-PCL NPs exhibited good physicochemical propertiesleading to efficient transfection of cancer cells and suppressionof target molecules. Moreover, combination therapysynergistically increased apoptosis, as well as decreased cellmigration, proliferation, , and angiogenesis in both HP-۱ andKG-۱ cell lines and suppressed cancer progression in luekemicbearingmice that was associated with enhanced survival time
