ارائه چارچوبی برای مدیریت منابع انسانی گیگ در کسب و کارهای پلتفرمی abstract

با توجه به رشد و توسعه کسب و کارهای پلتفرمی در سال های اخیر و اهمیت روزافزون منابع انسانی، نیاز است چگونگی مدیریت منابع انسانی کارکنان به اصطلاح «گیگ» در این شکل جدید از کسب و کار، مورد بررسی و پژوهش قرار گیرد. هدف این مقاله ارائه چارچوبی برای مدیریت منابع انسانی گیگ در کسب و کارهای پلتفرمی و در راستای ارزش آفرینی برای ذینفعان است. روش پژوهش کیفی و در قالب روش مطالعه چندموردی است. برای این منظور پنج پلتفرم ایرانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روش اصلی گردآوری داده، استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با برخی مدیران و انجام دهندگان کار در کسب و کار های پلتفرمی است که برای انتخاب آنها از نمونه گیری نظری استفاده شد. از روش تحلیل تم برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. در نتیجه تحلیل داده ها، ۱۳ عامل محیطی، ۷ کارکرد اصلی مدیریت منابع انسانی و چگونگی انجام آنها و ۸ شیوه ایجاد ارزش شناسایی شد. یافته ها چارچوبی را برای مدیریت منابع انسانی گیگ در پلتفرم ها از راه شناسایی نیروها و عوامل اقتضایی موثر بر منابع انسانی، کارکردهای اصلی مدیریت منابع انسانی در پلتفرم ها و نحوه ارزش آفرینی کارکردها برای ذینفعان ارائه می کنند.
