Abstract:

هدف پژوهش حاضر این بود تا بررسی کند چگونه حمایت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی رابطه بین ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه مدار و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. ۲۱۷ نفر از کارکنان رسمی دارای مدرک تحصیلی دیپلم به بالا شرکت گاز استان گیلان با استفاده از شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه- مدار، تعهد سازمانی، حمایت سازمانی، عملکرد وظیفه ای و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را تکمیل کردند. به منظور تایید ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از مدل معادلات ساختاری و جهت بررسی آثار میانجی و معناداری آن ها آزمون بوت استراپ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد که الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش برآزش خوبی با داده ها دارد. یافته ها نشان داد تنها مسیر غیر مستقیم ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه- مدار، تعهد سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معنادار است، در حالی که سه مسیر غیر مستقیم ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه- مدار، حمایت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی با عملکرد وظیفه ای و ارزیابی عملکرد توسعه مدار، حمایت سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مورد حمایت قرار نگرفت.کاربردهایی برای عمل و جهت گیری تحقیقات آینده مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
