Abstract:

سابقه و هدف: امروزه محیط مراقبت بهداشتی به سرعت در حال تغییر است و پرستاران روزانه در عملکردشان با مسائل و موضوعات اخلاقی متعددی مواجه هستند و در معرض خطر تعارضات اخلاقی قرار دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات پرستاران از تعارضات اخلاقی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران سال ۱۳۹۸ انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است که در مراکز آموزشی درمانی استان مازندران انجام شد. محقق برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده کرد. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه شامل پرستارانی بود که حداقل یک سال سابقه کار در بیمارستان داشتند و ضمن تمایل به انجام مصاحبه، قادر به بیان تجربیات خود در خصوص تعارضات اخلاقی بودند. به منظور تحلیل محتوا از رویکرد کیفی گرانهیم و لوندمن استفاده شد. یافته ها: در این مطالعه با ۲۲ شرکت کننده (۱۶ زن و ۶ مرد) مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. از تحلیل داده ها ۳ درون مایه اصلی و ۱۱ درون مایه فرعی استخراج شد. درون مایههای اصلی این پژوهش شامل «عوامل مرتبط با سازمان»، «عوامل مرتبط با ارتباط موثر» و «دوراهی بین اخلاق و قانون» بود. استنتاج: با توجه به یافته های این مطالعه، مدیران و سایر اعضای تیم بهداشت و درمان باید از پرستاران هنگام مواجهه با چالش های اخلاقی حمایت کنند و دوره های آموزشی حین تحصیل و دوره های آموزشی مداوم برای شاغلان پرستاری برگزار کنند.
