Abstract:

Burnout is one of the most common issues in health and treatment workers, especially nurses. Since hospital workers, including nurses, are always related to human health, they must have physical and mental health components, because their activities It continuously affects the health of patients. For example, mental disorders caused by work burnout reduce the quality of work, and as a result, the health of patients is at risk. In this research, we are looking to investigate the research conducted in the field of the relationship between job burnout and mental health in nurses working in hospitals.
