Abstract:

In this article, the improvement of patient outcomes through clinical reasoning focusing on the OPT model in the nursing environment has been investigated. The introduction begins with an explanation of the importance of enhancing patient outcomes through clinical reasoning in nursing care. This introduction raises the desirable requirements for improving the quality of medical care. Then, the OPT model is introduced and its importance in the nursing environment is described. This model is considered as an advanced tool in the field of clinical reasoning with the ability to analyze complex data and provide intelligent recommendations for optimal decision making by nurses. In the other part, the importance of clinical reasoning in nurses' decision-making is seriously examined. The role of this argument in improving patient outcomes is particularly noted and its connection with reducing errors and improving the quality of medical care is highlighted. Then, the introduction of the OPT model includes the explanation of its basics and principles to attract the attention of experts. How to implement this model in nursing care is also examined as a fundamental part. In the case study section, the practical results of implementing the OPT model in different nursing environments have been analyzed and its effectiveness in improving patient outcomes has been investigated. Finally, challenges and suggestions for further research are highlighted. The article draws conclusions from the most important findings and the importance of the OPT model in improving patient outcomes and emphasizes the need for continuous development and improvement of this model in the field of nursing and health.
