Effect of Deposition Time on Nanostructure PbS Thin Films

PbS/glass thin films with same deposition temperature of 28oC and different deposition times 20, 40, 60 and 80 min, were produced by chemical bathdeposition method (CBD).Their nanostructures were investigated by using XRD (X-ray diffraction). The optical properties were studied by spectrophotometer (inthe wavelength range 380-800 nm) and consequently were discussed relation between deposition time and nanostructures.
