Effect of Deposition Temperature on Nanostructure PbS Thin Films

PbS/glass thin films with same deposition time of 80 min and two different deposition temperatures of room and 55oC, were produced by chemical bathdeposition method (CBD). Their nanostructures and surface morphology were investigated by using XRD (Xray diffraction) and AFM (Atomic force microscope). Theoptical properties were studied by spectrophotometer (in the wavelength range 380-800 nm) and consequentlywere discussed relation between deposition temperature and nanostructures
