Modifying Common set of weight method to complete ranking of efficient decision making units based on the idea of supper efficiency method

In this paper, the Common Set of Weights (CSW) method is modified by means of super-efficiency idea so that it would be able of ranking the Decision- Making Units (DMUs) completely. Considering that ranking the Decision-Making Units in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) could brings us some efficient units, the choice of the best efficient unit among the others has been always one the most important problems in Data Envelopment Analysis. The Common Weights methods, as an idea for ranking the efficient units, are always encountered with this problem that usually, in these methods there are more than one unit with the efficiency scores one, so, they also could not be considered as the ranking method. Thus, in this paper, based on superefficiency idea, we will modify the Common Weights method. To explain the method we have applied Liu& Pang model [6] and the ranking is presented, provided with an example.
