DEA ANN Form in Optimization Estimation Procedure

This paper is utilizes one optimization method which aims to develop expert system on evaluation process by designing Artificial Neural Network(ANN), that is supported with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).The method name is ANN-DEA method that choice the best system for make the more precise and favorable judgment in selecting DMUs after taking in to accounts. In fact this optimization problem to obtaining without constraints by using a cost function, where's added a term of penalty, casing high cost all time that one of the constraints goes violated.
