Identification of Key Indicators in Evaluating MaintenanceStrategies abstract

Maintenance refers to activities conducted within a defined program aimed at preventingsudden failures of components, machinery, and facilities, thereby enhancing their reliability.This study falls within the realm of applied research. Field and library research methods wereemployed to gather data. The tool utilized in the field method was a questionnaire. The researchsample space included the Electrofan manufacturing company and fifteen experts in themaintenance and repair domain. The objective of this research was to identify effectiveindicators in evaluating maintenance and repair strategies for the Electrofan manufacturingcompany. Throughout the course of this study, criteria and sub-criteria effective in assessingstrategies were identified. These encompass hardware costs, software costs, average timebetween failures, current reliability level, production/service quality, average repair time,technical feasibility, employee training costs, employee safety, employee acceptance,employee health, services provided to employees, energy consumption, compliance withenvironmental standards, environmental pollutant production, and access to resources .
