Abstract:
Center pivot irrigation typically uses less water compared to many surface irrigation and furrow irrigation techniques, which reduces the expenditure of and conserves water. It also helps to reduce labor costscompared to some ground irrigation techniques, which are often more labor intensive. In this study, usingPipeLoss software, amounts of pressure loss, friction slope, inflow velocity, velocity head, and Reynolds number in center pivot systems survived. The results showed that pressure loss was more sensitive compared to other. Also, amount of inside diameter was very important in a center pivot irrigation system.
