Positioning methods based on Electromagnetic Waves abstract

In classical methods of positioning based on radio signal, one of the properties of the signal such as time, power or angle of signal reception is investigated. In this way, the transmitter sends inside the body and the sensor nodes on the surface of the body store the signal and measure the mentioned parameters. In the next step, by collecting the parameters measured in all the nodes, an estimate of the position of the sensors is obtained. In these methods, according to the characteristics of the human body and the limitations in it, the time method of receiving the wave is more accurate than other methods. Usually, UWB waves are used to achieve high accuracy in positioning. In this article, the aim is to investigate positioning based on electromagnetic waves.
