Study of the Relation between e-HRM Indicators and Job Satisfaction a Case study abstract
Electronic Human Resources Management Systems (e-HRM) is one of the most important organizational systems. This system has influenced the organizations greatly and resulted in acomprehensive view towards human resources processes, mobilizing the systemic approach in human resources units and job satisfaction improvement, which would finally lead to higher financial output, customer’s more satisfaction, and employees’ higher efficiency.This research tries to present a model for studying any of variables effective on e-HRM and job satisfaction. Also, this research studies the relation between these variables with jobsatisfaction indexes. In order to do this, a sample volume including 70 managers, experts,supervisors and employees of Barez Industrial Group was selected. The required data were gathered through questionnaires with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.966, and byconsidering the random sampling method, and were analysed by using correlation coefficient test. The results presented a clear image of any of variables of e-HRM and quality of their relation with job satisfaction variables. By assessing the relation between two dependent andindependent variables, it was found that these variables have significant and positive relations with each other in different levels with different strength degrees. At the end, some recommendations about increasing the effectiveness of job satisfaction through this process would be presented
