Abstract:
Performance management is a continuous process to identify, measure and continuously improve and develop individual, team and organizational performance. The purpose of performance management is to evaluate all systems, processes and procedures and resources that affect the quality of the organization's performance. It can be said that the main purpose of performance management is to monitor, evaluate and ensure the correctness and accuracy of actions and decisions in all systems that affect the output of the organization, and its focus is on identifying, analyzing and measuring performance and factors affecting improvement. it is Also, performance management, in addition to measuring and analyzing performance, emphasizes on formulating and implementing development plans to improve performance and improve productivity and increase efficiency. The purpose of this study is to identify performance evaluation indicators of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population consists of experts in the field of evaluating the performance of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, whose number was ۱۹ in this research.
