Relationship between Happiness and Job Motivation using Gene Expression Programming

Happiness is one of the psychological phenomena for which there are several definitions. In one definition, happiness means "positive excitement" that has a profound effect on physical-cognitive and psychological mechanisms in the human mechanism and improves performance in various fields.The present study was designed and implemented in order to investigate the relationship between happiness and job motivation in mining workers using Gene Expression Programming. The statistical population of the current study consists of all the employees of Mazandaran province in the spring of ۱۴۰۲, of which ۳۰۰ people were sampled and studied using available sampling. To collect data, Herzberg's job motivation questionnaire and Oxford happiness questionnaire were used. In order to evaluate accuracy and efficiency, coefficient of determination (R۲) and root mean square error (RMSE) indexes have been used. The coefficient of determination and the root mean square of the error obtained in this research are ۰.۹۵۴ and ۰.۰۴۴, respectively.
