Evaluating of Factors Affecting Port Service Quality based onStructural Method abstract

The main goal of this research is to evaluate the effective factors on port service quality based onStructural Method. To collect data, questionnaires and interviews with relevant experts andcross-impact analysis technique were used for analysis. Questionnaires have been completed byexperts and the cross-impact analysis technique has been used to investigate the influence offactors on each other. The statistical population of this research includes managers and expertsactive in the field of maritime transportation. In this research, interviews and questionnaires werecompleted by fifteen experts. According to the results of the research, Human resource andcustomer are the most important factors that effect on port service quality.
