As businesses continue to evolve, the role of Human Resources (HR) is expanding beyond itstraditional responsibilities. The emergence of HR Data Management has revolutionized theway organizations utilize data for strategic decision-making.HR analytics is revolutionizinghuman resource management (HRM) by leveraging data to understand and predict workforcebehavior. By leveraging HR analytics, organizations can gain valuable insights into workforcebehavior, enabling them to proactively combat organizational misbehavior and drive smart HRmanagement. The presentation outlines how HR analytics can be utilized for early detection andprevention of misconduct, targeted interventions, risk assessment and mitigation, andperformance management. Beyond combating misbehavior, this article highlights the broaderapplications of HR analytics in areas like employee turnover prediction, recruitmentoptimization, and tailored training development. Ultimately, the presentation argues thatembracing data-driven strategies empowers HR departments to move beyond reactive measuresand become strategic partners in fostering a positive, efficient, and ethical work environment fora more sustainable future of HRM.
