Key KPIs examined include time to fill, offeracceptance rate, quality of hire, candidate experience, recruitment cost perhire, and diversity hiring rate. The findings highlight the importance of asystematic, data-driven approach to recruitment, enabling airlines to makeinformed decisions that align with strategic business goals. The study alsoemphasizes the need for continuous KPI monitoring and adaptation to stayresponsive to evolving industry trends and workforce dynamics.
