This research examines the necessity of designing an integrated management system for the effective management of the personnel supply chain in the electricity distribution company. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the requirement to provide a plan to improve safety performance through the creation of an integrated management system that can effectively manage all aspects of the supply chain. The research method used in this research is a narrative review that identifies and analyzes the requirements and challenges in personnel supply chain management by reviewing and analyzing existing studies and articles. The results of this research show that the design and implementation of an integrated management system can help improve safety performance and reduce risks associated with the supply chain. This system can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization by creating coordination between different departments and improving work processes.
