Direct Fuzzy Adaptive Control of a Class of Nonlinear Systems abstract
In this paper direct adaptive fuzzy control (DAFLC) scheme for a class of the nonlinear systems is presented. The feedback control architecture based on Feedback Linearization method (FBL) is established and a fuzzy inference system (FIS) is employed to estimate the uncertain dynamic part of the model. The asymptotic Lyapunov stability is used to establish the desired training laws to achieve the stability and zero tracking error. The proposed algorithm is finally applied to simulation and control of nonlinear benchmark nonlinear system to illustrate the performance of the proposed control algorithm
