Biomarkers for early diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in pediatric andadolescent abstract

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common type of acute leukemia, comprising 80% ofcases, with B-ALL representing 85%. Despite a survival rate exceeding 90%, relapse or refractory diseaseoccurs in about 15% of patients. Biomarkers play a critical role in early diagnosis, risk stratification, andrelapse prevention. Key biomarkers include genetic alterations, protein markers (e.g., CD3, CD22), andelevated long non-coding RNAs. Further research is needed to enhance early detection and treatmentoutcomes in ALL.
