Investigation of the Effects of Genetic V ariants in Human Lung Cancer abstract

This article examines the impact of genetic and epigenetic variants on the progression of lung cancer. The resultsshow that genetic mutations such as EGFR, KRAS, and ALK, as well as epigenetic changes like DNAmethylation and histone modifications, contribute to the progression of this disease. Additionally, alterations inDNA repair genes lead to genetic instability and resistance to treatment. Genetic markers such as EGFR andFGFR4 play a crucial role in early detection and targeted therapy. Future research should focus on analyzing thecomplex interactions between these factors to provide better strategies for the prevention and treatment of lungcancer.
