The Effect of Gut Microbiota on Female Reproductive Cancers

This study investigates the impact of gut microbiota on female reproductive cancers, including endometrial,cervical, and ovarian cancers, which are influenced by hormonal changes, particularly estrogen. By reviewing ۱۵recent articles (۲۰۲۱-۲۰۲۵), the findings reveal that imbalances in gut microorganisms can affect hormoneregulation and potentially increase cancer risk. Notably, certain microbial metabolites, such as urolithin A, mayhelp reduce tumor growth. This research highlights the promise of targeting gut microbiota as a novel approachfor preventing and treating female reproductive cancers, urging further exploration of this dynamic relationship toenhance women's health.
