Review-Evaluating the reliability of a detailed analytic scoring rubric for foreign language writing

In this article, the reliability of a newly developed analytic scoring rubric is investigated. The rubric scoring administered by two test takers that each of them scored independently. This article stimulated on the transformability of the rubric to FLS. Context and explaining about fundamental are important unique in this article. The status of this study is explanatory unique. The researcher try to use the rubric to measure writing proficiency in both ESL and EFL and other in FLS.It is try to rehearse fundamental principles of reliability of scoring in local contexts. There are some questions related to this article about how many samples are needed to examine the reliability of writing test by rubric scoring? Theoretical framework include grammatical and formal or sociolinguistic and discourse competence
