Impact of Dynamic Compensators on the Flicker Level Mitigation in the Systems Including Wind Turbines abstract
In this paper, the efJect of the dynamic compensators on power quality issue in the networks including wind turbines is studied. The main task discussed in the paper is mitigation of the voltage flickering. A model is presented to analyze the short term and instantaneous indices offlicker of the dynamic compensators. A test system is also employed to prodzrce flicker and flickermeter using Matlab-Simzrlink sojiware.
