An Optimization Method for Resource Allocation in Cloud Environment

Abstract—In this paper, firstly, we define the cloud environment and its general method for Resource Allocation, as Scheduling the resource and task separately or simultaneously. Then we explain the policy for scheduling and compare all research before at now for cloud environment. Secondly, we proposed an algorithm where it can optimize waiting of task function as a mathematical analysis of high delay in cloud architecture. We proposed a new formulization of resource allocation for cloud environment. Thirty, we do implement our work as an optimization algorithm, by Java languages and CloudSim library. The result of implement may be not be real but may be assessed.
