Abstract:

The current study was conducted in Abbas Abad Industrial Park of Tehran and aimed to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction between job organization and job performance of 200 employees in 10 manufacturing companies. After distribution of questionnaires among respondents, 178 usable questionnaires were returned. The research method used for this study is descriptive-correlation. Moreover, the analysis was carried out utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The factors analysis and the findings show that there is no significant relationship between job organization and job performance. But, Job organization will positively impact job satisfaction of employees. Moreover, job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on employees’ job performance. Therefore, the mediating role of job satisfaction between job organization and job performance has been established. Furthermore, a number of suggestions on managerial implementation were proposed.
