Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective Information technology infrastructures on supply chain performance. The Integrity of supply chain activities with the technologies that are employed for them to be carried out is a competitive requirement in most industries. Therefore, it is necessary for organizations to apply and execute supply chain technologies and E-Commerce; otherwise, it is not only impossible for the organizations to reach new markets but also it might be improbable for them to be capable of controlling their own market. To avoid this, and also to decrease the number of problems in supply chain, it is of utmost significance to identify the key infrastructural factors of information technology that are effectual in supply chain management and supply chain improvement, and to consider necessary plans for applying or enhancing these infrastructures based on their importance and priority. In this study, we are using the statistics and data from Bahman Industrial Group, library studies, and interviews with the company’s supply chain experts and managers to identify key factors related to the information technologies that are effective in supply chain performance of Bahman Industrial Group; and the factors are methods. Three of these factors )prioritized by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHPmer response time and increased , reduced custoincluding product cost reductions of supply chain improvement. There are 13 flexibility are regarded as various aspecteffective factors to be considered for supply chain performance. The study concludes that all the identified factors are effective on supply chain; however, their significance and their degree of effectiveness are different from one another
