Implementing a grey-based decision-making approach to the project selection

nowadays most of organizations tend to outsoruce their projects contractor oranzation needs to evaluate and select the best projects according to its capabilities and experiences based on information. Project selection is a multiple- attribute decision-making (MAKM)problem.since the decisio0n makers preferences on alternatives or on the attributes of projects are often uncertian,project selection becomes more difficult. grey theory is one of the methods used to study. unertatianty , being superior in the mathematical analysis of systems with uncertan information. in this paper, we propose a grey-based approach to deal with the projcet selection problem.
