A New High-Performance CNFET Full Adder Cell abstract
In this paper a new high-speed and high-performance Full Adder cell, which is implemented based on CNFET technology, is presented. Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistors (CNFETs) are used to implement the circuits. Proposed design and other adder cells is simulated using HSPICE simulation tool. Simulation results show that proposed full adder consumes lower power, and it is faster compare to other cells.
