One of the latest developments in the way the internet works, is done by the introduction of cloud computing. Cloud computing is a highly efficient technology which has changed the IT industry and provides users with different services. Web, traffic, and different services are increasing on a daily basis, this has made load balancing a big research area. This technology uses virtual machines. The virtual machines’ load In such a way that none of the nodes does not heavily and slowly. The ideal load should simultaneously maintains balance and avoids overload the specific nodes. Load balance increases user satisfaction, resources use, system efficiency and minimizes response time. Implementation of load balance is a difficult task in cloud computing. In this paper, the services of cloud computing and virtualization are discussed in the following types of algorithms are presented, as well as challenges to load balancing and Dynamic and static load balancing algorithm will look into it.
