Abstract:

A glance at the educational facilities built in the past few decades shows that thearchitecture has isolated from schools and what is considered, is idea of creationand preparing of Spaces just for sitting and standing for university and schoolsstudents and can insisted on that educational spaces in Iran is a clear instance ofseparation between space and function in architecture and this is despite the factthat architectural look to the school building in Iran has a long history. One of theimportant features of traditional schools in addition to the physical shape areaesthetic aspects and latent doctrine which had a great impact on the eminence ofknowledge seekers. This subject has become more blink in common way ofschools building in Iran and it is safe to say that few schools can be found withsuch spiritual influence. The present study aims to use the theories of researchersin this field for defining of concepts such as sustainable development andarchitecture and then permanent features of traditional schools are expressed andsome solution for revitalizing of it is performed.
