A electrical system to prevent flouring in heat exchanger abstract
Water is used in cooling towers, boilers and chillers. Usually, used water in heat and cold operations is hard water, hard water creates carbonate crust and produces numerous problems. This crust in shape of sediment on inner walls of water carring pipes decreases the capacity of water transferring and transferring heat flow. In this technology is used electromagnetic waves as obstacle to prevent from sedimentation on inner walls of hard water carring pipes. To transfer the electromagnetic waves to hard water carring pipes is used wire twister that is wired around pipe. The primary goal of this study was to identify the effect of variable magnetic fields to precipitate a particular heat exchanger is investigated. One of the mast important parameter is the liner velocity of water inside the system.0.5 m/s- 0.8 m/s – 1.3 m/s speed were tested. And at the whale 6 speeds were tested such that the maximum speed of 0.5 m/s to 80% efficiency and 47% efficiency at 0.3 speed and 1.3 speed performance is 60% reduction. In thermal (fouling) resistance of the deposit. When hard water become hot, crust is formed faster, so that it creates a lot of problems for boilers and geysers. A crust in diameter 1mm on surfaces of geyser heater acts as heat in sculptor.
