رابطه بین مدیریت سود فرصتطلبانه، پاداش مدیران اجرایی و عملکرد شرکتها abstract

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت سود فرصتطلبانه، پاداش مدیران اجرایی و عملکرد شرکتها است. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعه کتابخانهای و تحلیلی علی بوده و مبتنی بر تحلیل دادههای تابلویی )پانل دیتا( است. در این پژوهش اطلاعات مالی 601 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طی دوره زمانی 6831 تا 6831 بررسی شده است ) 181 - شرکت سال(. برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج به دست آمدهی پژوهش از نرمافزارهای 10 Spss 1 ، Eviews و 61 Minitab استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق در ارتباط با تایید فرضیه اول پژوهش نشان از آن داشت که بین مدیریت سود فرصت طلبانهو پاداش مدیران اجرایی شرکتها، رابطه معنادار و مستقیمی وجود دارد و در نهایت با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیلهای صورت گرفته در ارتباط با تایید فرضیه دوم پژوهش به این نتیجه رسیدیم که بین مدیریت سود فرصت طلبانه و عملکرد شرکتها رابطه معنادار و معکوسی وجود دارد
