Determination of Organizational Project Management Maturity in Construction Companies based on OPM٣

This paper presents the results of an investigation on “ Determination of Organizational Project Management Maturity in Iranian construction companies based on OPM٣ model” conducted at period Mar to July ٢٠٠٧ in Iran. This study aims to provide organization with reliable methodology to assess and determine level of organization Project Management maturity quantitatively. This methodology would assist organization to identify their strengths and weaknesses in terms of Process Improvement stages and Project Management process groups through descriptive analysis. Through statistical analysis a regression would be estimated for project management maturity which would be applicable for all organizations.
