Abstract:

هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه ی بین نقش اطلاعاتی سود به عنوان نماینده های از رابطه سودبازده با شفافیت اطلاعات صورتهای مالی در ایران است در این تحقیق 184 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای مالی 1386 و 1389 انتخاب شدند. سپس شرکتها بااستفاده از نتایج سیستم رتبه بندی افشا و شفافیت سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار به دو گروه؛ شرکتهای با درجه پایین شفایت اطلاعات و شرکتهای با درجه بالای شفافیت اطلاعات تقسیم گردیدند. ارتباط بین نقش اطلاعاتی سود و شفافیت اطلاعات صورتهای مالی از طریق مدل رگرسیون خطی چند گانه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.
